The paint is chalky and stained. The decals are cracked/faded and peeling and has normal scratching throughout from use. The dining table is missing, there is a washing machine installed on the dining table bench and (1) seat is missing. There is evidence of pets and cigarette smoke. The bathroom ceiling is stained, the vinyl flooring by the toilet is curling and the carpet has staining. The entry step is inoperable, the wires are disconnected, we tried putting power to them with non luck. The leveling jacks are untested due to pad stating the parking brakes is not on even though it is. The seller stated the brakes are soft. See pictures for more detail.
