The seal-coat on the roof has deteriorated and is flaking off, the center vent on the roof is broken/missing, the paint and decals are sun-faded, peeling/chipping and has scratches/scuffs throughout. The carpets have staining. The interior overall is in good condition for the year of the unit. The shifting linkage is out of adjustment (shifter display shows vehicle is in park when it is actually in neutral) and the parking brake does not work. The tires are weathered/cracked (225/70R19.5). Will not pass Texas inspection. See pictures for more detail.
