Unit will not shift into gear (unknown cause). The batteries need to be replaced, the engine cover lift bar is missing, and the motor grinds when operating. The trailer brakes need to be bled (reservoir was empty when the unit arrived). There appears to be a patch on the port side under the second rib. The gel coat is worn by the nose guide and the tires are cracked.
