The batteries need to be charged/replaced. Two brand new tires have been installed (one on each side) and the remaining tires are worn with 50% tread. Interior shows signs of previous pets (soiled carpet/upholstery), otherwise typical wear is shown. The graphics are peeling and the exterior is stained/faded. The right side skirting is scuffed/scratched, the right fender is damaged and the slide-out awnings are worn/torn.
