Description: 2018 Heartland Mallard 312 equipped with a 8,800 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, 1 slide-out, kitchenette, bunks, full bath, bedroom and exterior kitchen area with mini refrigerator, grille and sink. On auction at our Phoenix, Arizona location.

The battery needs to be replaced and the tires are weathered with 75% tread. The electrical connector has been drug/ground down, the rear bumper is dented and there is usual scratching throughout the exterior. The vent frame (for ceiling vent in main area) appears to be slightly off/not fully sealed, otherwise interior shows average wear.
