The engine does not turn over (appears to be seized). The serpentine belt is missing and the oil dipstick is stuck out about a foot (will not move). There is perforation rust low and the rear sliding window has been replaced with Plexiglas. There are scratches/dings on the body and the driver's side power mirror does not operate. The battery needs to be replaced.
