Caulking on the roof is weathered/cracking around the vents. The floor is bowed by the dining booth, side sprayer (on kitchen sink) is broken, the bedroom ceiling is stained and the dash air blows hot. Exterior graphics are cracking, paint is faded and the entry step motor is inoperable and disconnected from the steps.
