Mechanical: The engine runs rough, has a hard time idling and emits smoke. The battery needs to be charged/replaced and the tires are cracked with 50% tread. The generator pours gas from the carburetor while trying to start (does not start/needs service).
Exterior: There are rock chips/sun fading/dents/scratches to various areas on the body. The driver's side/passenger side awnings are deteriorating and the driver's side rear compartment door and the passenger side front wheel simulator are damaged. The passenger side compartment door handle (in front of the rear tires) is inoperable.
Interior: Interior shows heavier wear from use. The dining and living room area ceiling lights are both inoperable. The bathroom light lens is missing and there is 1 light over the couch that is not mounted. The driver's seat armrest is broken, the dash is peeling and the living room flooring has been replaced. The drawer under the stove and the bottom drawers under the bedroom closet both have broken tracks. Please view all photos for additional detail.
