| The engine does not start (unknown issues). The battery needs to be replaced, there is oil residue on a majority of the engine block and the Service Anti-Theft System blinks on the dash when the key is inserted (PCM could be bad?). Interior shows heavier wear. The front bumper is cracked, paint is peeling/cracking on the rear driver's side door and there are scuffs/scratches to various areas.
