The coach batteries need to be replaced, generator cranks but will not start (possibly due to low fuel), and the tires are weather cracked but have 50% tread (225/70R19.5). The roof vent for the refrigerator is broken, seal on front cap has been taped over, skylight over the shower is broken out, and the slideout awning is missing and the lower trim is loose. The slideout and vicinity interior shows a decent amount of water damage, slideout front trim is broken, floor in kitchen is soft, right bedroom window is broken out, and the ceiling between the kitchen and bedroom has some water staining/damage. The rest of the RV shows typical wear and stains from use and age. See pictures for further details.
