| The engine turns over but does NOT start. We had a key cut for this unit, the locksmith stated that the ECM is bad (he cannot communicate with it in order to get the security to shut off). This vehicle will NOT pass Texas State Inspection. Interior shows wear (see pics). The front bumper/front fenders have light collision damage and there are dents/scratches/scuffs to various areas on the body. Please view photos for additional detail. |
