Photos show its cosmetic condition (pretty typical for age) and there are a couple soft spots in the floor. The plug was still in when the boat arrived (water up to exhaust manifolds). We have since drained. It appears the starter is having issues? The engine won't turn over and the trailer tires show weather cracking. Battery is missing.
