Coach batteries need to be replaced and the windshield is cracked. See photos for cosmetic blemishes around the unit. The awning canvas is deteriorating, rear A/C cover is broken, and the roof has some spots of bubbling but appears to be sealed okay. One lower compartment door is missing and the main entry and driver's door locks are broken (won't open from the outside). The interior shows staining on the ceiling, water damage behind the toilet (pic), and both roof vents are broken. The generator started/ran for about 20 seconds then quit/would not re-start.
