| Keys are missing, battery needs replacement and the left front landing leg is bent back. Unit was not winterized (has freeze damage), the main valves in left front compartment are cracked, the main water filter is broken and there are several water lines that are broken/leaking. Skirting (on left rear slide-out) is torn, left side fender flare is cracked and there are various scuffs/scratches. There is mold/mildew throughout the interior (mold on ceiling/cabinets/walls), there are stains on the carpet and ceiling and there is moisture damage low on woodwork. |
